- In my essay, my peers think I am adding and affirming to the ideas of Alexander and Brandt. I have evidence that supports the idea of sponsorship and how there are two different types by pulling examples from literacy narratives. I also have evidence supporting Alexanders idea of identity shifts. My narratives reveal that teachers are very direct sponsors to students and that their identities shift towards the end sometimes.
- One of the strongest parts of my paper that my peers touched upon was the introduction to my quotes. I feel like I give enough information for the reader to understand the narrative I was incorporating. The thing I need to work on is after the quote and how it connects.
- I have strong evidence from literacy narratives to show the ideas of the scholarly articles. I also have evidence from the articles as well to help with the understanding of the different ideas I present. I need to finish analyzing the quotes and explaining how they connect to each of the claims and why they are relevant.
