I make a lot of grammatical errors as I write, I often struggle with spelling and correct word choice, along with the right use of commas. I never understood compound and complex sentences until this term either. In my second paragraph, I use appropriate commas and quote integration. I downloaded Grammarly because someone from my class told me that it helped them a lot with the smaller grammatical errors.  This has really helped me catch these smaller mistakes in my paper because a lot of the time I don’t realize that a comma belongs in a particular spot or that a specific word needs to be capitalized. In high school, I rarely proofread any of my papers as well. Now, I always proofread because what I write first is not always the best.
